An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

NX LVL Audio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products that have been installed, modified, abused, or damaged due to improper use may not qualify for return, refund, or warranty service.


7. Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photos, videos, product inspection, or return of the product.

NX LVL Audio reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.


8. Product Installation & Use

Car audio products must be installed and operated properly.

Improper installation, clipping, overpowering, insufficient electrical support, improper enclosure design, water exposure, abuse, or modification may result in product failure and void warranty coverage.

Customers assume responsibility for ensuring proper installation and operation.


9. Dealer Accounts

Dealer accounts, wholesale pricing, distributor pricing, and business materials are confidential.

NX LVL Audio reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny dealer applications
  • Suspend dealer accounts
  • Revoke dealer pricing access
  • Terminate dealer relationships for violations of company policies

Unauthorized sharing of dealer pricing or account access may result in immediate termination.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, product names, product images, videos, graphics, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of NX LVL Audio.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NX LVL Audio shall not be liable for:

  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Vehicle damage
  • Loss of use
  • Installation costs
  • Removal or reinstallation costs

NX LVL Audio’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product involved.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

NX LVL Audio is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a user’s failure to secure their account information.


13. Website Availability

NX LVL Audio does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website without notice.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the New York.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within New York.
